Dr. Patrick Tai is a dedicated and compassionate GP who is passionate about building strong relationships with his patients and providing comprehensive care. He believes in understanding the whole person, not just their symptoms, to help them achieve their best possible health outcomes.
Patrick has a particular interest in sexual health and reproductive medicine. He is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all patients, especially those in the LGBTIQA+ community. He is also highly experienced in supporting expectant parents throughout their pregnancy journey.
Areas of Focus:
Reproductive Medicine: He holds a Master's in Reproductive Medicine and is accredited to provide antenatal shared care with major Sydney hospitals. He is interested in managing sexual health, contraception (including Implanon), and menopause.
LGBTIQA+ Health: Dr. Tai is recognised by ACON as an LGBTIQA+ friendly doctor and has completed his HIV S100 Prescriber training.
Beyond his special interests, Dr. Tai is experienced in all areas of general practice, including chronic disease management, mental health, and preventative care.
He is also a Senior Medical Educator and examiner for the RACGP, demonstrating his commitment to the highest standards of medical practice.
Patrick is available on Mondays and Thursdays.
